Business Client Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position is fully remote and available for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Operations Support professional to join our team! In this entry-level role, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our client dashboards are always up-to-date, accurate, and delivering a seamless experience. In Short

• Regularly review and maintain Power BI dashboards.
• Run routine checks on dashboards to verify links, images, and data flows.
• Help manage Azure Database by monitoring usage.
• Work closely with the team to improve data integration (ETL) processes.
• Generate clear, actionable reports on dashboard and database performance.
