Overview

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating financial and/or securities translation projects and ensuring they are completed within specified timelines while maintaining high-quality standards. It is a position that requires excellent organizational skills and high-level customer care.

• Support and assist with the entire project cycle.
• Coordinate and track project pricing, profit margins, and budgets.
• Respond to and provide solutions for client queries and requests.
• Improve customer service, efficiency, and relationships with resources.
• Manage client translation memories, glossaries, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Translations AI development team.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in the translation industry is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility for projects.
• Tech-savvy and passionate about technology.
• Proficient in English; French is an asset.
