Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As a Project Coordinator within our Outsourced Accounting Services Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless client experience from onboarding through ongoing service delivery.

In Short

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings.
• Maintain oversight of project timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal task distribution.
• Serve as the liaison between client teams and internal staff.
• Partner with the Practice Area Leader for documentation management.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities.
• Maintain internal process documentation.
• Capture client meeting notes using defined tools.
• 5+ years in project coordination or operations preferred.

Requirements

• Experience in the AEC industry preferred.
• 3+ years in project coordination, client service, or operations.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Comfortable with ERP systems.
• Familiar with project management tools (ClickUp, OneNote, etc.).
