Senior BI Analyst I - Remote

Overview

As a Sr BI Analyst I, you will be responsible for working closely with many divisions of the company such as Product Development and Adoption, Technology, Performance, Growth, and Strategic Payer Partnerships. This position develops moderately complex datasets, assists with complex dataset updates and modifications, and develops data visualizations and analyses that answer a broad set of questions across the company and begin to go deeper as a subject matter expert in at least one subdomain.

• Working with teams across Aledade to translate your findings into action.
• Build interactive dashboards, reports, and PowerPoints that effectively communicate insights.
• Assist with the design of and implement data warehouse tables or views.
• Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from various sources.
• Provide end user support for existing dashboards.
• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence.
• Experience analyzing data and communicating results.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality assurance.
• Proficient with BI dashboarding tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with data transformation tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence.
• Experience with healthcare data (e.g. claims, EHR, clinical).
• Strong foundation in SQL programming.
• Experience providing internal end-user support for reporting products.
• Intense attention to detail and data quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL.
• Proficient with a BI dashboarding tool.
• Tableau experience.
• Familiarity with dbt or another data transformation tool.
