Quality Reporting Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Quality Reporting Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring practice and ACO success in Medicare Advantage and commercial contracts, focusing on HEDIS quality measures.

• Apply knowledge of HEDIS quality measures across multiple health plans.
• Receive training on payer-specific methods for documentation submission.
• Access practices in-person or remotely to retrieve necessary documentation.
• Assist in performance improvement plans.
• Track quality gap closures and document progress.
• Generate patient lists from payer portals.
• Attend meetings virtually with internal teams and practice staff.

Requirements

• Experience with Medicare Advantage STARS program and HEDIS measures.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years experience in a primary care setting.
• Comfortable working remotely from home.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
• Computer skills with Google platform and Excel.
• Experience with EHR systems preferred.
• Able to export data and report results.
• Strong communication skills.
