Business Operations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Business Operations Coordinator will collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on team operations and marketing processes. The primary goal is to ensure effective teamwork and advance company priorities.

In Short

• Partner with the Chief of Staff to support team operations, including meeting and calendar management, communication, and culture
• Maintain comprehensive calendar of recurring team meetings to support meeting planning and preparation across stakeholders
• Execute on data-informed initiatives to drive a strong team culture
• Coordinate high value off-site meetings for the team
• Support product marketing efforts for practice engagement in A+ solutions
• Establish and maintain standardized tracking systems for GTM activities
• Facilitate retrospective reviews of GTM initiatives
• Support senior leaders on special projects
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent work experience required
• Highly organized and proactive in raising questions around clarity and prioritization
• Data-driven strategic thinker
• Extensive Excel or Google Sheets experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
