The Director of HR & Payroll Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of HR & Payroll systems, policies, and processes to align with business goals and ensure compliance, focusing on efficient service delivery across North America.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of HR experience at a managerial level.
  • 5+ years working with HRMS systems.
  • 5+ years in payroll program development and administration.
  • 5+ years in acquisitions related to HR.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely in a multi-site environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS software.
  • Ability to travel >25% as needed.
