Overview

The Pre-Sales team at Alan strengthens the Enterprise and Public sector Sales to better handle the specificities of our largest customers.

In Short

  • Master the platform and support the Sales team with insights and tools.
  • Understand prospects’ needs and work internally on solutions.
  • Participate in RFP submissions and collaborate with experts.
  • Evangelize services and products to customers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer for the platform roadmap.
  • Prepare handovers for customer onboarding.
  • Coordinate complex customer onboardings.
  • Develop the new function within a recently created team.
  • Join a fast-moving team with ownership and pride in tackling big problems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Active listening skills to uncover customer concerns.
  • Ability to handle objections in complex environments.
  • Capability to break down complex issues and define product solutions.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Excellent task prioritization and commitment to deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Experience in Insurance or Health platforms is a plus.
  • Experience in procurement projects (RFI, RFQ, RFP) is a plus.
