Overview

The Technical Account Manager is responsible for ensuring customer success and growth in the post-sales lifecycle by providing training, support, and advocacy for GE Digital software solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in stakeholder collaboration.
  • Developing persuasion skills to influence others.
  • In-depth knowledge of best practices in the field.
  • Ability to take new perspectives on existing solutions.
  • Experience managing escalated accounts.
