Overview

The Product Sales Specialist is a customer-facing role responsible for developing, managing, and growing customer accounts in North America, focusing on the Grid Automation portfolio.

In Short

  • Support Key Account Managers in driving portfolio penetration.
  • Develop new opportunities and drive product adoption.
  • Manage sales opportunities and forecasts using SPEAK.
  • Meet or exceed sales plans and customer needs.
  • Engage customers to influence specifications and close deals.
  • Provide a link between customers and internal teams.
  • Develop long-term relationships in support of account strategy.
  • Become proficient in new products expanding the core portfolio.
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Work in a remote position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, protection & control.
  • 5 years of Sales Experience in Utility or Industrial markets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to document, plan, and execute commercial programs.
