Overview

We are seeking an experienced Services Subcontractor Performance Manager to oversee and advise the Nuclear Services Business on its subcontractor workforce planning strategy, development, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in workforce management.
• 5+ years of experience in subcontractor workforce management.
• Proficiency with workforce management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of labor laws.
• Experience in staffing power generation services projects.
