Overview

The Lead Project Management Specialist will oversee project activities related to the execution and management of service projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to project methodologies.

In Short

  • Manage project scope, schedule, contract, cost, and quality.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project management methodologies.
  • Oversee engineering activities related to controls and governor product lines.
  • Develop technical documentation and support site commissioning.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, contract management, and commercial operations.
  • Support commercial quotation activities including cost estimates and project schedules.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers regarding project conditions.
  • Utilize analytical thinking and technical experience to execute strategies.
  • Travel 20% of the time within the US and Canada.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or a technical college degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in PLC-based automation control systems.
  • Project Management experience is essential.
  • PMP accreditation or established project management skills preferred.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is desired.
  • Strong communication skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a matrix work environment with remote teams is a plus.
