Overview

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for selling high-voltage products and services, primarily focusing on existing customers in the Frankfurt/Main and Berlin areas, while also acquiring new clients.

In Short

  • Sell transformers and high-voltage switchgear.
  • Manage existing customer relationships in Frankfurt/Main or Berlin.
  • Acquire new clients for grid connections.
  • Provide technical and economic product solutions.
  • Develop sales strategies for key accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts ranging from €50,000 to €500,000,000.
  • Present projects and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Support customers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Travel within the region and to European factories as needed.
  • Work in a hybrid or fully remote model after onboarding.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as an Account Manager in a related field.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related area.
  • Knowledge of high-voltage systems is desirable.
  • Experience in commercial and legal contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the job area.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
