Sourcing Lean Leader - Remote

Overview

The Sourcing Lean Leader will be responsible for enhancing GE's supply chain through lean applications and roadmaps, focusing on improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost at suppliers.

• Drive change in the supply base to improve supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Proven lean experience with strategy execution.
• 2-3 years in materials and/or procurement.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read engineering prints and drawings.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
