Overview

The Sourcing Readiness Leader at GE Aerospace will drive the implementation of readiness processes with suppliers to enhance production capabilities for advanced jet engines and components.

• Co-develop and implement readiness processes with suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Familiarity with industry trends.
• Experience with KPI development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
