Overview

The Service Site Manager is responsible for overseeing construction, building, and commissioning activities on customer sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while managing a team of supervisors.

Requirements

• Graduate Engineer or degree in construction management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hydroelectric generator supervision.
• Experience in mechanical installation of turbines or generators.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Knowledge of safety instructions and quality assurance practices.
• Experience with heavy construction equipment.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and specifications.
• Willingness to travel and work at various job sites.
