Principal Delivery Manager - Asia - Remote

Overview

The Principal Delivery Manager works across multiple projects in the GEV portfolio, supervising and being technically accountable for project delivery while cultivating relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

In Short

• Supervise and technically oversee multiple projects.
• Work closely with Project Managers for effective scope and risk management.
• Drive project execution and manage project teams.
• Utilize GEV Product knowledge to enhance execution and continuous improvement.
• Lead the application of DevOps concepts in project deliverables.
• Manage project scope reviews and change requests.
• Assist in project proposal processes with the Customer Engagement team.
• Take ownership of issues and resolve them proactively.
• Travel to meet customers as required.
• Promote a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant fields.
• 10+ years of experience in the energy management software industry.
• Strong analysis and requirements management skills.
• Experience in software development and SDLC.
• Ability to automate processes and build scripting solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel, particularly to Taiwan.
• Strong collaborative attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in new tools and technologies.
• Ability to create detailed user stories for clients.
