Overview

The NAM Projects and Services Portfolio Leader is responsible for guiding a team of EHS professionals to achieve business objectives in the Environmental Health and Safety sector, ensuring compliance and promoting safety standards across projects in the NAM region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of EHS experience in the wind industry.
• Deep expertise in high-risk operations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Trained to Global Wind Organization (GWO) standards.
• Experience with safety programs and regulatory requirements.
• Capability to drive change and engage teams.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to maintain weight limits for safety systems.
