Overview

The Field Service & Technical Advising Specialist role involves understanding and executing outage processes for steam turbines and generators, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in outage execution.
• Understanding of GE & Other OEMs steam turbine technologies.
• Good observational and analytical skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Knowledge of safety and quality functions.
• Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Leadership skills to drive outage execution excellence.
