Overview

The Auxiliary System Team Leader will lead a team of engineers on large retrofit projects, coordinating technical support and ensuring quality and reliability in mechanical and electrical design.

Requirements

• 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in the hydro industry.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good analytical skills.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
