System Testing Team Lead - Remote

Overview

Infinidat is seeking a skilled System Testing Team Lead to ensure the quality of our storage solutions by leading a team of system testers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Lead and manage a team of system testers
• Develop and implement system testing strategies and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs
• Verify bug fixes and ensure they meet the required quality standards
• Develop and maintain test cases, plans, and documentation
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in system testing

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in system testing
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies
• Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines
