Overview

The Advanced Nuclear Commercial Leader (Proposal Manager) will be responsible for developing customer offerings and managing complex issues within functional areas of expertise, while collaborating with various teams to create project delivery models.

In Short

  • Develop proposals, cost estimates, and pricing strategies.
  • Support reviews of terms and conditions and customer purchase orders.
  • Interface with the Global Sales Team on opportunities in the Advanced Nuclear business.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Business Leaders and Project Managers.
  • Present deal structures and financial models to Business Leadership.
  • Lead customer contract negotiations.
  • Develop customer presentation materials regarding project financial performance.
  • Own deadlines and drive the proposal process.
  • Maintain the GEV Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Support achievement of Commercial Team metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 10 years of directly related experience.
  • 5 years of experience developing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% (U.S. and internationally).
  • Strong skills in Excel and MS Word.
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
