Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT modernization initiatives and oversee large-scale service delivery contracts. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and managing multimillion-dollar programs in dynamic, high-stakes environments.

In Short

  • Lead the overall direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of assigned projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Oversee Agile Release Trains and plan Planning Intervals (PIs) and Scrum cycles.
  • Work with Scrum Masters to assess sprint velocity and optimize project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and management.
  • Coordinate with developers and customers to define objectives and requirements.
  • Provide coaching on Agile and SAFe practices.
  • Track and report on project risks, costs, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Deliver regular status updates to senior leadership.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure work meets standards.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of IT project management experience.
  • Experience managing software development projects.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Minimum three years of experience managing Scrum teams.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Experience with Agile and SAFe.
