L2 Application Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an L2 Support Engineer to provide technical support for integrations, data changes, and troubleshooting between HCSS, Dynamics Solomon, OMS (Penta), and ACS (Payroll) systems.

In Short

• Provide Level 2 (L2) support for integrations between HCSS, Dynamics Solomon, OMS (Penta), and ACS (Payroll).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and synchronization issues.
• Perform data validation, transformation, and correction as needed.
• Work closely with L1 support, developers, and business teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document processes, integration workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
• Assist in testing and deploying integration fixes and enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with business rules across systems.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive measures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in L2/L3 support, integration support, or middleware administration.
• Experience with EDI, APIs (REST/SOAP), ESB, or middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, SSIS, Talend).
• Strong SQL skills (MS SQL Server, Oracle) for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
• ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes is a plus.
