Chief Supply Chain Officer - Remote

Overview

This is a key strategic position in the management team responsible for the entire supply chain, including logistics, planning, procurement, and customer service.

In Short

• Global logistics management: export/import, customs clearance, internal delivery, and managing 3PL providers across three continents.
• Integrated planning: MRP, demand planning, production planning in terms of cash flow, EBITDA, working capital.
• Procurement: strategic management of over 200 suppliers globally, negotiations with global contract manufacturers, quality assessment, and audits.
• Operational management: manual accounting systems (1C, Excel), managing SAP implementation, prototyping, and launching new processes.
• Project management: launching a new production hub in Vietnam, opening an office in China, and establishing sourcing functions there.

Requirements

• Experience in building or scaling international supply chains in complex environments.
• Experience working with commercial KPIs (EBITDA, COGS, revenue-linked planning).
• Successful transformations in ERP systems (SAP).
• Direct operational immersion (calculations in Excel, management through process maps).
• Strategic thinking combined with a willingness to work hands-on in a growing organization.
