In Short

• Drive deployment and use of cutting-edge Conversational AI solutions.
• Be the primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle from requirements analysis to support.
• Develop custom workflows/RPAs based on customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration solutions.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on software implementation & integration experience.
• Proficiency in integration technologies such as SSO, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Scripting experience in JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science or related field.
• A passion for customers and problem-solving.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
