Airtm is seeking a self-starting Product UX Researcher to lead the discovery and market research for our platform aimed at Digital Entrepreneurs, focusing on user behavior analysis and product development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in User Research, preferably in Fintech.
• Success in planning and evaluating user research studies.
• Knowledge of user research tools and UX methodologies.
• Experience working with product teams on prototypes.
• Ability to analyze and engage with users effectively.
• Experience in improving product experiences for apps.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work in an informal, team-oriented environment.
• Self-starter with ownership of tasks and projects.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced work.
