Overview

As a Driver Ops Service Coordinator - Dedicated Driver, you will be responsible for managing dedicated driver performance through training, support, and performance management programs.

In Short

• Develop and maintain an effective training program for Dedicated Drivers.
• Conduct training with drivers prior to their first day onsite.
• Regularly visit Med Device customer sites to ensure alignment with training processes.
• Act as a liaison between customers, drivers, and management.
• Conduct qualitative driver performance evaluations.
• Provide live support to drivers on tactical problems.
• Partner with management on quality and performance initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in training/program development.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 25% of the time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and excels at active listening.
• Action-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively.
• Comfortable with new technology applications.
