We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager or Director of Software Development to lead and scale our global software delivery organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong technical background in enterprise software architecture.
• Proven ability to manage complex, global development organizations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems and telecom network technologies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
• Track record of building and scaling international teams.
