Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The Paralegal will serve as a legal assistant to the Legal Department in a communications/telecommunications company, working remotely from the Philippines.

In Short

• Review, redline, comment, and prepare checklists for vendor and business contracts.
• Assist with agreement template updates.
• Perform due diligence research and finalize letters for collection matters.
• Prepare royalties reports/packages regarding intellectual property licensing.
• Assist with corporate Board minutes, including drafting and distribution.
• Research and assemble documents for regulatory inquiries and settlement agreements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years paralegal experience, preferably in business transactional or litigation support.
• College degree.
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
• Proficiency with English punctuation and grammar.
• Strong drafting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent communication skills with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Litigation experience is a plus.
