Overview

Aircall is searching for an AP Accountant to join the finance team, performing accounting operations autonomously, especially the monthly closing activities for several international legal entities.

In Short

• Perform accounting operations under supervision
• Book supplier invoices in NetSuite
• Follow-up with departments regarding open Purchase Orders
• Maintain supplier master data
• Manage the prepaid account
• Reconcile vendor accounts
• Support audits
• Participate in finance projects
• Assist the AP Manager in accounting matters
• Be a key member of the Finance Team

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting department
• Degree in accounting
• Tech savvy and data driven
• Strong organization and communication skills
