Overview

As a Lead Experience Designer supporting international expansion initiatives, you will collaborate with cross-regional partners to craft meaningful and inclusive products that empower guests and hosts around the world.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in design.
• Experienced in leading feature-level initiatives.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills.
• Data-informed and user-centered approach.
• Effective communicator with collaboration skills.
• Experience in 0-to-1 initiatives or redesigns.
• Solid understanding of business and technology constraints.
• English proficiency required.
• Exposure to diverse cultures is a plus.
