Overview

As Engineering Manager for Supply & Insights DnA, you will own three product areas that directly shape how hosts experience Airbnb and how Airbnb competes in the market.

• Manage a team of data engineers, analytics engineers, and ML engineers.

Requirements

• 9+ years in the tech industry, 3-5+ years of engineering management.
• BS, MS, or PhD in CS, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience leading teams that build data products across multiple disciplines.
• Strong communication skills for technical translation.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrixed environment.
• Experience building user-facing analytics products.
• Familiarity with pricing, marketplace, or supply/demand data systems.
• Experience stabilizing teams through leadership transitions.
