  • Leading a team of 2-4 engineers focused on measurement offerings
  • Mentoring teams of talented engineers
  • Promoting software development best practices
  • Planning and architecting web pages for maintainability and UX
  • Identifying and solving technical challenges
  • Writing code for issue resolution
  • Collaborating with Product Managers and Designers
  • Conducting interviews for high-performing candidates
  • Balancing and prioritizing projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in web applications
  • Experience leading modernization efforts
  • Experience with performance optimization
  • Leadership experience with direct reports
  • In-depth experience with Typescript, React, GraphQL
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus
  • Experience with data-intensive visualizations is a plus
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
  • Passion for building a positive engineering culture
