Overview

As a Software Architect at Air Apps, you will be responsible for defining and overseeing the overall system architecture for our AI-powered platform, collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders to design scalable and secure solutions.

In Short

• Define and maintain the overall architecture and system design for scalable software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Design and document high-level system diagrams and API structures.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies and cloud services.
• Ensure high availability and security in architectural decisions.

• Work closely with DevOps and SRE teams for operational reliability.
• Establish coding and architecture standards.

Requirements

• Around 6+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in system design and cloud computing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in backend technologies and modern frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases and caching strategies.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and containerization.
• Strong understanding of security best practices.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs in architectural decisions.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong communication skills.
