Overview

As Senior Customer Success Manager at AIPERIA, you are the central point of contact for our most important customers after the handover by our sales team, ensuring their long-term success and satisfaction.

Experience in Customer Success (3-5+ years).
Experience with ERP and SaaS solutions is a plus.
Fluent in German and good English skills.
Willingness to travel once a month.

Requirements

Several years of experience in Customer Success.
Experience in retail is a plus.
Experience with Hubspot CRM, Salesforce, or JIRA.
Good communication skills.
Management experience is desirable.
