Overview

The Network and Systems Administrator provides essential support for SEG’s national network, managing both routine operations and strategic IT initiatives.

In Short

• Manage the IT ticketing system for technical issues.
• Maintain and support SEG's network infrastructure.
• Oversee system design and configuration.
• Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Implement identity and access protocols using Okta.
• Support integration tools like GCDS.
• Maintain email security systems.
• Provide support in ServiceNow for incident tracking.
• Lead system upgrades and disaster recovery planning.
• Document operating procedures and maintain system records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in systems/network administration.
• Advanced experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Expertise in Active Directory management.
• Experience with Okta for SSO and identity governance.
• Proficiency in GCDS, Proofpoint, and ServiceNow.
• Strong networking fundamentals and security practices.
• Experience with backup systems and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with project management practices is a plus.
