• Produce clear, comprehensive, and accurate technical documentation for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop documentation including security policies, incident response guides, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with security engineers and compliance professionals to gather information.
• Standardize documentation practices and ensure consistent formatting.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficient with documentation tools like Confluence and Markdown.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and compliance frameworks.
• Assist in the development of training materials related to cybersecurity awareness.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience documenting against security standards such as NIST and ISO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and tools.
• Proficiency in diagramming tools like Lucidchart or Visio.
• Knowledge of cloud security controls and compliance.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content.
• Strong knowledge of style guides and documentation best practices.
• Experience in regulated industries is preferred.
• Proactive and self-directed work ethic.
