Student Assistant - Data and Customer Success - Remote

Overview

We are looking to hire a student assistant to support the verification of farmer data over the next 3 months. This role will be focused on quality checking farmer data through data analysis and farmer interactions, with the aim to deliver high quality data for auditing purposes. Data work will follow a standard operating procedure, with manual work involved.

In Short

• Analysing and assessing incoming farmer data by utilising remote sensing and literature data.
• Reaching out to farmers and collecting more information to investigate data discrepancies.
• Collaborating with the Program team and Customer Success team.
• Supporting farmers in their transition to regenerative farming.
• Fluent in Romanian to communicate with farmers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with customer interaction over phone or email is a plus.
• Interest in agriculture or sustainability is advantageous.
• Experience with data entry tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Potential for role extension based on performance.
