Overview

The Legal Intake & Administrative Assistant will manage the critical first touch of the client journey, handling intake management, sales support, and administrative tasks for a legal firm.

In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new inquiries and case vetting.
  • Drive the onboarding pipeline by following up with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the Clio Manage CRM system.
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination of consultations.
  • Manage email communications and prioritize urgent inquiries.
  • Organize digital files and preliminary evidence for attorney review.
  • Provide general administrative support for the firm.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role in a U.S. law firm or related field.
  • Sales mindset with strong follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Clio Manage or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proactive and self-starting approach to tasks.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently with attention to detail.
