Principal Product Manager - DTC and eCommerce - Remote

Overview

AG1 is seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager with a strong background in DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) and eCommerce to join our Growth & Operational Engineering team. You will play a central role in driving technical product solutions that enhance our DTC customer experience and support critical eCommerce operations.

In Short

• Act as the primary owner of technical product development across multiple DTC and eCommerce-focused domains.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and implement a technical product vision and strategy.
• Manage the technical product portfolio for Software Engineering, Design, and Application & Systems teams.
• Define and prioritize DTC-focused product features and create requirements.
• Develop and communicate clear roadmaps for engineering teams.
• Provide executive stakeholders with updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for technical advancements.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure success.
• Ensure compliance with industry, security, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• At least 8 years of experience in technical product management or engineering.
• Expertise with technical products in DTC websites and eCommerce.
• Strong technical expertise across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure technologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid background in Agile & Scrum methodologies.
• Direct experience in eCommerce and subscription technology.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams.
• Familiarity with third-party tools, including CMS and CRM systems.
