Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Project Manager at AMG, you will play a critical role in the effective planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our Creator Programs team. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of the gaming industry will be essential in coordinating internal resources and executing events that resonate with our community of content creators.

In Short

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Coordinate with the Creative, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure resources are effectively utilized
• Ideate on and execute regular monthly and quarterly events within the community program
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a project coordinator or manager in the gaming space, or esports event related experience
• Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem and events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of the cloud-based G-Suite software
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• A team player with the ability to work independently when required
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically while managing complex projects
• BONUS: Experience with brand management and content creation
• BONUS: Experience or proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
