Requirements

• Ability to lead complex projects across teams.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience navigating regulatory requirements.
• Flexibility for incident response outside standard hours.
• Certifications in risk management preferred.
• Experience in customer support or related fields is a plus.
