• Drive business outcomes through analytic and strategic support for Affirm’s Small Business (SMB) merchants and partners.
• Analyze and report performance to company leaders on key performance metrics.
• Design and deliver automated user and financial dashboards for executive consumption.
• Develop financial models for Affirm’s strategic platform partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale partnerships through strategic projects.

Requirements

• Passion and drive to disrupt the lending industry.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication skills for engagement with company executives.
• High attention to detail with a strategic business perspective.
• 2+ years experience in analytical roles (investment banking, consulting, etc.).
• Excellent Excel/sheets skills.
• Experience and proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in BI tools like Sigma or Looker is a plus.
