The Storage & Replication team is responsible for the infrastructure and services that power Affirm’s most critical data pipelines by providing access to replicated data from across the organization through our Apache Iceberg-powered Data Lake and Snowflake-powered Cloud Data Warehouse.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Experience architecting, building, launching, and maintaining OLAP systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
• Strong network-building and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
