Analytics Lead, Scaled Pricing Strategy - Remote

Overview

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. The Merchant Pricing team is looking for an Analytics Lead, Scaled Pricing Strategy to support our effort to drive sustainable growth through platform partners. In this role, you will define pricing strategy, drive go-to-market initiatives, perform pricing & economical analysis, and work closely with our Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering teams. You should combine exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, and deep knowledge of lending and/or payments space.

Requirements

• Passion and drive to disrupt the lending and financial industry.
• Strong sense of ownership and intellectual curiosity.
• 5+ years experience in pricing, consulting, finance, analytics, GTM, investment banking, deal desk, etc.
• Proficient with analytical tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate across different teams.
