In Short

• Coordinate engineering and operations efforts.
• Manage feature requests and write business requirements.
• Prioritize engineering tasks with internal and OEM stakeholders.
• Coordinate national product and major feature launches.
• Responsible for providing internal and OEM reporting.
• Partner with delivery departments and Account Management Team.
• Meeting and schedule management.
• Contribute to and uphold quality standards at Affinitiv.
• Handle support escalations from OEM and field reps.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years external client management skills required.
• Track record of building strong, trusted client relationships preferred.
• Understanding and experience with standard SDLC processes and methodologies.
• Moderate or better skills in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience analyzing business requirements.
• Experience providing software consulting services a plus.
• Experience in the automotive industry a plus.
