Overview

As a Senior Business Operations Manager at AffiniPay, you'll provide business strategy, data insights, and process transformation to enable our go-to-market teams to excel.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years in revenue operations or related fields.
• Expertise in Salesforce, including process design.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing metrics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience in scaling go-to-market operations.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields.
• Meticulous organization and detail orientation.
• Natural curiosity and proactive mindset.
• Team player willing to support colleagues.
