Overview

The Manager, Customer Onboarding Services serves as leader to the Onboarding & Data Migration teams at AffiniPay, ensuring a successful and timely onboarding for new customers transitioning to MyCase.

In Short

  • Lead the Onboarding & Data Migration teams.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking onboarding processes.
  • Monitor KPIs to meet or exceed goals.
  • Conduct team meetings and morning standups.
  • Manage team workload and ensure balance.
  • Hire and train new employees.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services teams.
  • Provide timely responses to customer escalations.
  • Represent the team in leadership meetings.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of onboarding MyCase customers.
  • BA/BS/BE degree required.
  • Exceptional customer relationship building skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for problem-solving.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence decision-making.
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities.
  • Passion for leading and helping others.
  • SaaS experience and/or legal experience desired.
