Aesir Interactive is seeking an experienced Funding & Finance Controller to manage financial controlling processes, focusing on public and private funding across projects.

• Manage financial controlling tasks across active projects.
• Own financial reporting and funding controlling.
• Perform monthly and quarterly controlling routines.
• Lead financial handover processes for projects.
• Prepare controlling-side documentation for funding.
• Conduct ongoing project controlling for active titles.
• Analyze deviations from budget and recommend actions.
• Maintain funding trackers and documentation quality.
• Coordinate with project managers for financial assumptions.
• Drive cost allocation and ensure accurate expense assignment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, finance, or accounting.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to spot errors.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate financial results to non-finance stakeholders.
